The position supports a 24x7 global environment and may be hybrid in Washington, DC or 100% remote in a firm-approved U.S. state.

Arnold & Porter is seeking an experienced Manager of Network Services to lead the firm’s global network engineering, operations, and architecture function. Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure Services, this role is responsible for the strategy, performance, reliability, security, and continuous improvement of the firm’s network infrastructure.
The Manager of Network Services may work a hybrid work schedule in our Washington, DC office or may work 100% virtual/remote in a firm-approved U.S. state.
The Manager of Network Services will lead a team responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and support of the firm’s voice, LAN, WAN, cloud connectivity, internet services, and network security platforms. The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, demonstrated people leadership, and a collaborative approach to supporting a complex, global 24x7 environment.
The successful candidate will build and retain a high-performing network engineering organization, deliver measurable improvements in operational maturity and service reliability, and help ensure exceptional technology service delivery for the firm’s attorneys, business professionals, and clients worldwide.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $166,400 to $210,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
