WHO WE ARE: OUR VISION, MISSION, AND WHY

Established in 2012, All In Ministries International (All In) works with ministries worldwide to equip under-resourced women to be disciples who make disciples of Jesus Christ. Our vision is to ignite a movement of women to disciple women across cultures for God’s glory (Ps. 68:11, Rev. 7:9). Our mission is to change the world by training, equipping, and mentoring women worldwide to be disciple makers (Matt. 28:18-20, Acts 1:8). By God’s grace, All In has equipped more than 12,000 people in dozens of countries worldwide (primarily in the Global South) and countless women leaders through our online platforms.

Why? When women discover they are loved, valued, and have a divine purpose—and are equipped with how to live their purpose as disciple makers of Jesus—a triple effect takes place. Women change, bringing change to their families and villages—all for God’s glory. OUR VIRTUAL CULTURE

For our team to operate effectively in a virtual culture, there are five values we hold to:

  • Incredible Trust
  • Unwavering Integrity
  • Abundant Communication
  • Full Responsibility
  • Work and Family Balance

OUR CORE VALUES

At All In, our Core Values are lived out in every aspect of our work and team members continually seek to embody our values in meaningful ways.

  • ABIDE IN CHRIST | We pray first and pray big. We rest in God, release all to God, and rely on God. When we do, we receive all we need to serve with God.
  • LOVE | We love God with our all and are devoted to His purposes. Whatever God leads us to do, we do with all our hearts—we're all in!
  • BIBLICAL TRUTH | We live and make disciples according to the truth of God's Word.
  • GRATITUDE | We embrace our calling in light of God’s grace with thanksgiving.
  • RELATIONSHIP | We believe women and men are God's image-bearers designed to work together in all seasons of life to advance the gospel. We joyfully serve the local church across denominations, embracing God’s call to unity in Christ.
  • HUMILITY | We exalt Jesus, not ourselves. We take personal responsibility and serve as learners as part of a team—all for the glory of God alone.
  • BEMA MINDSET | We operate as stewards with integrity and eternal accountability in everything we do.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

The following list identifies key characteristics of an ideal candidate for the All In team.

  • CALLED | A strong sense of passion for our mission and a real sense of this role and organization being a great fit for the gifts, talents, passions, and experiences with which God has entrusted to this person. This person needs to be mission-motivated and possess a resolve to overcome anchored in a sense of purpose in the work. In this Jesus-centered ministry, every team member must be fully committed to following Jesus as Lord and being actively involved in a faith family.
  • LEARNING & ADAPTIVE | In a small ministry with a big mission and one that is scaling up rapidly, new systems, technology and situations will be normal. This person must have an appetite for learning and adapting to the status quo changing throughout the year.
  • VALUE RELATIONSHIPS | We’re in the business of investing in and discipling people, so every interaction matters and either communicates our mission and values or dilutes it. We serve a network of sisters and brothers around the world and can play a catalyzing role in their personal discipleship and disciple-making journey.
  • GRIT, DETERMINIATION, & RESOURCEFULNESS | Not everything will have a pre-planned solution. This person will have to be resourceful in figuring things out, able to resist being overwhelmed, and willing to roll up their sleeves until they make it work.
  • ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS | We serve a God of order and beauty but live in a world of chaos and confusion. This person will need to be an organizational force with the capacity for seeing patterns, discerning better processes, and prioritizing and systemizing for improved outcomes.
  • HIGH CHARACTER | We operate with a high trust culture. We must operate out of personal values and integrity, or this work will not work. Integrity, honesty, compassion, reconciliation, humility, and diligence are all things this person must possess to flourish as part of our team.
