Position Summary:
The Manager of Marine Services is responsible for the overall operation of the Frontenac Howe Island Ferry. The Manager will provide strong leadership, innovation and high quality customer service and participate in strategic business planning for Marine Services. The Manager will be highly visible in the community, leading by example and demonstrating the highest ethical standards. The Manager will carry out the duties in alignment with the organizations mission, vision and values, and work to further its priorities.
