Job summary

Weaver Consultants Group in Illinois is seeking an experienced land survey leader to manage the full project cycle, maintain client contact, and oversee field staff. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong data evaluation skills are essential.

The role requires PLS licensure in Illinois or the ability to obtain within 12 months, plus advanced knowledge of field procedures and Trimble equipment where applicable.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in land development and municipal projects.
• Must possess the Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensure in Illinois or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Advanced knowledge of survey field procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of survey equipment and software (Trimble a plus).
• Ability to evaluate field data and perform survey calculations in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Ability to oversee and manage a project team of field survey staff.
• Verbal skills and organizational ability to communicate with project managers and staff.
