Manager of Insurance & Corporate Risk (41166)

Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for a Manager of Insurance & Corporate Risk. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, analytical, and energetic. This company offers flexibility, a collaborative team, and competitive benefits. This position is hybrid.

The salary for this position is $150k - $190k.

The Manager of Insurance & Corporate Risk will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, analyze, and evaluate risk exposures to the corporation.
• Manage the procurement, renewal, and record keeping of all corporate insurance.
• Review and provide input on contracts and agreements.
• Provide risk management and insurance advice on major projects.
• Conduct risk management due diligence reviews on proposed mergers and acquisitions.
• Provide insurance related budget input across the corporation.
• Coordinate with legal counsel to negotiate and settle corporate insurance claims.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

The Manager of Insurance & Corporate Risk will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience.
• Applied knowledge of insurance and risk management principles and accounting.
• Experience in all major commercial property and casualty insurance coverage in both the primary and excess layers.
• Strong communication, judgment, negotiating, and organizing skills.
