About the Team:
As the Temp Manager of HR Operations you will support people processes and systems at Obsidian. Reporting to Obsidian's Sr. Director of HR, you will help ensure that HR processes and systems run smoothly, support strategic HR initiatives and help manage each stage of the employee lifecycle for our team members.
This is a temp role covering a maternity leave from May through September. This role works a hybrid schedule with 2-3 in-person days in our Palo Alto or San Francisco office each week.

Pay Rate:
For this position we are targeting a base pay between $50/hour - $65/hour. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
