Join a top-performing general contractor with a reputation for building complex, high-performance facilities across the Southeast. Specializing in large-scale industrial, logistics, and mission-critical projects, this firm is seeking a Manager of Field Operations to lead regional execution efforts and elevate field performance across multiple active jobsites.

This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a seasoned superintendent or field executive ready to drive consistency, safety, and results at scale. You’ll shape delivery strategy, mentor key team members, and serve as a bridge between field teams and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee field operations on ground-up industrial and manufacturing projects across Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas
• Support and mentor project superintendents, assistant supers, and field engineers across multiple jobsites
• Lead workforce planning, trade partner coordination, and jobsite resourcing across the Southeast region
• Standardize field processes including safety enforcement, QC systems, logistics planning, and schedule controls
• Collaborate with Project Managers, precon teams, and company leadership to drive safe, on-time, and high-quality delivery

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in construction field operations, with at least 3 years in multi-site or regional leadership
• Strong portfolio of industrial, tilt-wall, warehouse, or mission-critical builds valued at $20M+
• Deep working knowledge of trade sequencing, field staffing models, and jobsite safety standards (OSHA 30 minimum)
• Excellent leadership presence with proven ability to coach and elevate field teams
• Based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta or Tampa, with regular regional travel
