LHH is recruiting for a nationally renown Commercial Real Estate Private Equity firm and is looking for a Construction Superintendent to join its team in Atlanta. You will oversee daily site operations, ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.The firm has an excellent reputation nationwide and dominates the multiple property sectors it focuses on. Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and deadlines
• Lead project start-up meetings and conduct on-site walkthroughs with subcontractors
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain productivity and clear communication
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure alignment with goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial construction field supervision
• Experience with office interiors preferred
• Proficiency with construction management software
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, etc.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
