Overview

Mark-Taylor is the region's longest-standing investment manager, developer, and owner of Class-A multifamily real estate, recognized as Arizona’s #1 Multifamily Builder and Manager. We are hiring Managers of Facilities & Service across multiple locations in the Greater Phoenix Area to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain our communities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other areas.
  • Inspect properties for safety hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory, coordinate contractors, and oversee safety and maintenance records.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and ensure timely completion of service reports.
  • Train and mentor team members and oversee capital projects.
Qualifications
  • Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related fields.
  • Certifications such as EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA preferred.
  • 3+ years as a Maintenance Technician or similar role; 1+ year in a supervisory position.
  • Strong service orientation and basic computer skills.

Compensation
