Ducks Unlimited has an opening for a Full-Time Manager of Event Content. The position will be responsible for managing content within the Ducks Unlimited Event Fundraising Division to build brand awareness and engage in-person and online audiences.

This position will work at DU National Headquarters in Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities:

The Manager of Event Content's duties and responsibilities encompass managing all facets of content created for the event fundraising division.

• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video, static graphics, and written copy for social media platforms and event use
• Stay up to date on internet culture, memes, and algorithmic shifts to create timely, relevant content
• Maintain an editorial calendar and plan publishing pipelines with coordination of our social media and marketing teams
• Track engagement metrics and analytics to refine future content strategies

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with video capture, lighting, audio recording, and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting abilities tailored to specific digital platforms
• Comfortable hosting videos, conducting interviews, or acting as the face of a brand when required
• 1 to 5+ years of digital media, social media, or video production experience, supported by an online portfolio or reel
• Knowledge/experience with the outdoor industry and waterfowl hunting is preferred

Candidates must be able to work proficiently on a personal computer, have basic skills in MS Office applications, and have a working familiarity with the Internet. The successful candidate will be required to develop computer skills specific to Ducks Unlimited Inc.'s standardized information systems. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Benefits/Pay: Salary will be based on experience and education.
