• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and care delivery
• Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and resource allocation
• Implement and maintain emergency preparedness protocols

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact License (must obtain TX license within 90 days)
• Minimum 2 years recent ED leadership experience
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS
• Strong clinical knowledge of emergency medicine and trauma care
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate healthcare teams
