The Manager of Enterprise Analytics Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing the system architecture design, development, and maintenance of our data analytics system infrastructure. This role involves leading a team of skilled system administrators, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to ensure high-quality output and professional growth. The manager works collaboratively with stakeholders from Information Technology and across the organization to align with our healthcare organization’s strategic goals.
Five (5) or more years of relevant experience, including three or more years in a leadership role, are required. Preferred experience includes enabling cloud-based infrastructure for data, analytics, and AI, working with Epic System (EMR) platform, and healthcare industry experience. Formal leadership experience is also preferred.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, network and systems engineering, information systems, software engineering, or related fields is required.
Understanding of data privacy standards and security best practices is preferred.
Expected pay ranges from $49.15 to $84.07 hourly, with final compensation based on experience, discussed during the interview process.
