Join to apply for the Manager of Digital Workplace role at Swinerton

This role involves leading the implementation of digital workplace solutions, aligning strategies with business objectives, and collaborating with IT, security, and business teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute digital workplace strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT and business goals.
  • Oversee governance, implementation, and adoption of Microsoft Teams Premium, Copilot, and Power Platform to enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • Manage Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA), licensing, and vendor relationships.
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Teams, and other tools.
  • Develop training programs and resources to promote effective use of Microsoft tools across the organization.
  • Establish governance frameworks for Microsoft tools, ensuring security and compliance.
Minimum Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years in digital workplace technologies, Microsoft suite management, or IT strategy.
  • Experience managing enterprise collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
