Your Impact in This Role:

In this customer facing Manager of Digital Payment & Mobile Applications role, you'll be a pivotal player in ensuring the successful delivery of our cutting-edge solutions, consistently exceeding customer expectations. You'll drive continuous improvement and efficiency in our onboarding processes, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve solution excellence.

Leading a global team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Entrust's Digital Issuance Solution, you and your team will act as trusted technical advisors for customers onboarding to our Identity as a Service (IDaaS)/Cloud Digital platform. You'll be involved in the entire customer onboarding lifecycle, from initial implementation to go-live and ongoing support.

Your team will be the interface between Entrust and our customers, leveraging IT, software development, security, and business skills to implement tailored solutions within their business processes. You'll also partner with sales/pre-sales to assess customer requirements and provide valuable feedback to R&D and product management for continuous improvement and standardization. This is a technical expert and customer-facing role focused on successful customer onboarding.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivery Management (40%)

  • Partner with Project Management leadership to prioritize and empower your team to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Manage resource staffing and planning for successful customer onboarding.
  • Ensure all solution deliverables are completed before project handover to the support team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and track escalation processes for successful project delivery.

Leadership and People Management (30%)

  • Ensure your team is well-trained and knowledgeable in all relevant technologies.
  • Communicate leadership vision and strategy, helping your team connect company strategy to their roles.
  • Handle general management responsibilities including hiring, performance management, reviews, and individual development.
  • Monitor team performance against Entrust standards and goals.
  • Act as a Solution Subject Matter Expert to train, mentor, and support your team.
  • Stay current with Entrust product technologies through relevant training programs.
  • Identify and recommend solution improvements to enhance customer experience and onboarding time.
  • Lead process, system, and documentation improvements across internal functions to drive efficiency, standardization, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with customer onboarding and managing cloud-based solution implementations.
  • Strong Mobile/Software Development background.
  • Experience acting as an escalation point for complex customer issues.
  • Strong customer orientation and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with tokenization, tokenization platforms, and associated flows (MDES, VTS).
  • Experience with financial payment technology.
  • Software Development experience, specifically with mobile application software development and web services.
  • Experience with Mobile SDK, Web services, and/or APIs.
  • Experience in Java Native (Android) and/or Swift (iOS).
  • A "One Team" approach to leadership.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to manage competing demands and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • French or Spanish would be a plus.
