POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Analytics & Experimentation Manager will drive data-driven decision-making through analysis and experimentation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital analytics, A/B testing, and a passion for uncovering insights that support business growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a digital analytics and experimentation strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform decisions.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve digital experiences and marketing strategies.
- Analyze experimental data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and other teams to ensure successful experiment execution.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Create reports and dashboards to track performance and engagement.
- Identify trends and opportunities for website optimization, providing actionable suggestions.
- Work with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketers to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Manage website tagging and tracking via Google Tag Manager or similar platforms.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website performance.
- Support SEO and digital marketing efforts with insights on traffic, campaigns, and user acquisition.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through audits of analytics implementations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in digital or product analytics, experimentation, or similar roles.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GTM), statistical software (R, Python, SQL), and A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO), plus data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data interpretation.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, A/B testing, and user behavior tracking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying insights to stakeholders.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000. Compensation depends on factors like experience, education, skills, and certifications. Eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance.
