Overview

A leading enterprise organization is seeking a Manager, Data Engineering to lead a team responsible for delivering modern data solutions that support Finance and Supply Chain business operations.

This role combines people leadership, stakeholder management, and technical oversight within a rapidly evolving cloud data environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineering professionals
• Partner directly with Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders
• Gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements
• Drive development of scalable data products and solutions
• Support ongoing cloud data platform modernization initiatives
• Ensure operational reliability, testing, monitoring, and support processes
• Collaborate across business and technology teams to improve data accessibility and quality

Required Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing data engineering teams
• Strong SQL and data architecture background
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms
• Strong business-facing communication skills
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $150,000 - $165,000
• Eligibility to earn a 12.5% Annual Bonus Target
