In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Executive leadership to develop tools, reports, and workflows that enhance visibility, accountability, and decision-making across the Commercial team. From managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to identifying new market opportunities, your work will directly influence how we scale and serve our clients.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is a proactive, data-driven problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. You know how to design roadmaps, lead complex projects, build scalable systems, and uncover opportunities others might miss.

This is primarily a remote role with up to 10% travel. Candidates located near our HQs in Charlotte, NC, or Carrollton, TX are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, revenue operations, or a related field
  • Strong background in building dashboards, data analysis, and CRM/workflow tools (e.g., NetSuite, Monday.com, Power BI, Looker Studio, Power Automate, Microsoft Office)
  • Demonstrated success in managing RFPs, analyzing market trends, and contributing to go-to-market planning and execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Analytics is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered

What You'll Do:

  • Build dashboards and reports that track lead flow, pipeline health, and sales KPIs (e.g., Monday.com, Power BI, Excel, Looker Studio)
  • Analyze sales and operational data to uncover trends and areas for improvement
  • Lead the aggregation and project management of RFPs from intake to submission
  • Conduct market analysis and support go-to-market strategies for new offerings
  • Implement internal tools, automations, and systems to improve team efficiency (e.g., Power Automate, NetSuite, Microsoft Forms)
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects across teams
  • Provide backup admin support and mentor team members on tools and processes

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary range between $110,000 - $125,000
  • Medical, Vision, and Dental benefits
  • Starting with 15 days Paid Time Off (vacation and sick days)
  • 10 Paid Holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plan with up to 4% company match
  • Company-provided group life + AD&D, short and long-term insurance
  • Paid Volunteer Time Off
  • Partially Paid Medical Leave / Paid Parental Leave
