Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a Manager of Clinical Services to lead a dedicated clinical team in delivering compassionate, patient-centered hospice care. You will shape care plans, mentor staff, and ensure excellence in quality and empathy.

The role requires RN licensure, a nursing degree, and 2+ years of hospice or home health experience, plus supervisory experience. You’ll oversee patient-care coordination, staff development, and clinical audits to maintain the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters).
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• 2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case.
• Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving.
• Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff.
• Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts.
