Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a Nurse Leader to serve as Manager of Clinical Services in Huntley, IL.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered hospice care, mentor clinicians, and drive care plans that maintain dignity and comfort at every stage of the journey. The role requires an RN license, 2+ years in hospice/home health, and 2+ years in supervision, with a focus on staff development, hiring, and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• RN license required in state of practice
• Associates/Bachelors/Masters in nursing
• Prior hospice or home health experience is required
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory or management roles
• Ability to oversee patient care coordination and assign staff
• Provide real-time guidance, mentoring, and problem-solving for clinicians
• Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits for quality care
• Lead hiring, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of staff
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance

The starting salary range for this role is $100,000-$113,000 annual base salary. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets. The total compensation package for this position may also include the opportunity to participate in employee benefits including our medical/dental/vision/pet insurance, disability and life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plans, subject to applicable plan terms, and/or eligibility for other compensation.
