Position Overview

The Manager of Clinical Operations & Quality is a key member of our operations team, reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations & Quality. This role is responsible for implementation, quality assurance, and supporting the ongoing operations of Sevaro’s Telehealth Programs with hospital partners.

The incumbent provides excellent service to hospital partners and internal teams, aligning with Sevaro Health's mission and vision.

  • Manage project plans and documents for telehealth program implementations.
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding project details and deliverables.
  • Oversee multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain detailed project management documentation and workflows.
  • Provide progress reports to leadership.
  • Coordinate onsite implementation visits to hospitals.

This role may involve recruiting neurologists, credentialing, and licensing activities.

Quality Improvement

Daily

  • Review case logs for accuracy and communicate findings promptly.
  • Address issues daily and report to hospital stroke coordinators.
  • Review thrombolytic cases for DTN times, delays, and PI opportunities; initiate RCA if DTN >45 minutes.
  • Manage documentation requests and notify providers accordingly.
  • Schedule and conduct monthly quality meetings with hospitals.
  • Escalate concerns and facilitate discussions for resolutions.
  • Participate in daily huddles with the Regional Stroke Director.

Monthly

  • Report stroke data per site, provider, and company-wide.
  • Attend hospital stroke committee meetings and trainings.
  • Organize educational lectures and series.
  • Collect monthly case studies.

As Needed

  • Participate in onboarding meetings for new hospitals.
  • Update clinical practice guidelines.
  • Review stroke protocols and facilitate mock drills.
Physician Relationship Management
  • Manage daily operational relationships with physicians.
  • Serve as the primary contact for physician concerns and questions.
Hospital/Program Relationship Management
  • Manage relationships with hospital partners from contract signing onward.
  • Coordinate program implementation and expansion visits.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to meet patient needs.
  • Provide educational materials to hospital partners.
General Responsibilities
  • Utilize communication skills to ensure quality standards.
  • Track and report key performance metrics.
  • Participate in training and stay updated on best practices in teleneurology and stroke care.
Required Qualifications
  • RN License
  • Experience in healthcare, preferably in Stroke Program Management
  • Intermediate or higher skills in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle critical issues
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
