Project Leadership

  • Lead assigned capital projects from planning through completion, including scope development, design coordination, procurement support, construction, commissioning, and closeout, while ensuring compliance with LVCVA policies, contract requirements, applicable building codes, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, phasing plans, cost estimates, budgets, and logistics plans that support facility operations, client needs, asset protection, and LVCVA priorities.
  • Review project plans, specifications, bids, and contractor proposals; identify risks, discrepancies, and potential impacts before work begins.

Team and Contractor Management

  • Working knowledge of applicable building codes, permitting requirements, OSHA standards, and safety practices.
  • Strong judgment, problem‑solving, planning, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced ability to communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, clients, management, and other Ambassadors in a variety of formats.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project‑related systems or software. Experience with CMMS, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, Maximo, CMiC, or similar systems is preferred.
  • Possess and maintain a valid Nevada or “border state” driver’s license, as defined by NRS 483; if neither apply, must be able to obtain a Nevada driver’s license within 90 days of employment.
