Casa de las Campanas in Rancho Bernardo (San Diego area) seeks an Assisted Living Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional services in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will oversee resident services, recruitment and training, regulatory compliance, and program development while fostering a supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AL/Memory Care, a California license or equivalent, and strong communication skills, with a commitment

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Licensing: California Nursing License, RCFE, or Assisted Living Manager License (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations for senior living communities.

Aufgaben

• Directly supervise LPNs, Med Techs, and CNAs.
• Oversee Assisted Living Resident Services and ensure quality care.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for team members.
• Provide ongoing support and supervision to staff, contractors, and volunteers.
• Manage service plans, medication management, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Build relationships with regulatory agencies and community health partners.
• Develop and implement programs to improve residents' quality of life.
• Maintain safe, sanitary facilities and grounds.
• Engage with residents and families to promote satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Who you are:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Assisted Living or Memory Care
• 2 years of leadership experience
