Job summary

Weekday 1 is seeking an experienced AI Delivery Manager to lead enterprise AI/ML and GenAI programs from concept to production in a NYC onsite environment.

The role requires 10–15 years in program/delivery, global delivery experience, and strong stakeholder management to drive on-time, high-quality delivery across distributed engineering and data teams.

You will collaborate with CTO-level stakeholders and influence technology strategy while maintaining governance and measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in Program/Delivery Management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise programs.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML/GenAI projects (1–3+ years).
• Experience with global delivery models and stakeholder management.
• Budget & portfolio ownership experience.
• Background in data platforms or enterprise systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML & GenAI initiatives (POC - Production)
• Manage programs across:
• LLM applications (RAG, Agents, Copilots)
• Data science & ML deployments
• AI-driven automation initiatives
• Drive program governance, KPIs, and delivery excellence
• Partner with senior stakeholders (CTO, CIO, Product Leaders)
• Manage global/distributed teams across engineering & data
• Ensure on-time, high-quality, cost-efficient delivery
