Qualifications

• Master's degree and 2-4 years, or bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional security initiatives across technology, policy, and business processes.
• Ability to translate security requirements into actionable communications for non-security audiences.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Coordination of Security program and manage the Departmental Security Administrator network.
• Lead cross-functional analysis of security initiatives that span technology, policy and business process.
• Provide security architecture analysis and guidance for initiatives with institutional dimensions.
• Partner with Security DevOps to plan technical implementation of major initiatives.
• Translate security requirements into communications and frameworks for non-security audiences.
• Oversee the university's security training program.
• Produce program-level analysis, KPIs, and board-level materials with the CISO.
• Build, manage, and develop a team across analysis, architecture, and communications.
