What We’re Looking For:

• BSN
• MHA, MBA, or MSN completed within 5 years
• Minimum of 3 years of operating room nursing experience
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in an OR setting (charge nurse, educator, manager)

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead the team to optimize OR efficiencies and foster a positive work environment
• Promote patient-centered, culturally sensitive, and inclusive outcomes
• Oversee patient care delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines
• Empower nurses in accountability and practice standards
• Establish a safety culture and report risks
