Job summary

Providence Covenant Hobbs Hospital is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to plan, supervise, and evaluate the delivery of nursing care around the clock across designated units. You will oversee staff performance and unit management, partnering with the Director of Nursing to ensure continuity of care.

This on-site role offers a competitive wage with a base pay range of $52.53 to $82.92 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and shift options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• New Mexico RN license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• 3 years of professional nursing experience.
• 2 years of clinical experience in a specific clinical area.
• Master's degree in Nursing.
• ACLS and/or PALS upon hire.
• Specialty certification related to practice.
• 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises, and evaluates nursing care delivery 24/7 for designated units.
• Oversees performance of assigned staff and unit management.
• Works with the Director of Nursing to ensure continuity of care across the continuum.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

New Mexico Registered Nurse License

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
