Job summary

Dignity Health is seeking a Nursing Manager in Oxnard, CA, to guide and empower our nursing team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care. You will mentor RNs, oversee clinical operations, and advocate for patient and team needs, driving professional development and unit goals.

Ideal candidates bring RN CA licensure, BSN or equivalent, and 3+ years of nursing experience with 1 year of leadership. BLS-CPR is required to ensure safe, high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications
