A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner Manager in Omaha, NE. The role will involve managing and supervising nurse practitioners, ensuring quality patient care for chronic kidney disease. DaVita is looking for a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) Manager to join us in the Omaha, NE region. The Nurse Practitioner Manager leads and manages IKC nurse practitioners (NPs) in the Iowa and Nebraska market. In this role you will provide oversight, coaching, supervision and onboarding of NPs to ensure that quality, cost-effective care is provided for chronic kidney disease (CKD) and/or end-stage kidney disease (ESKD) patients. You will participate in population health management and overall financial viability of the program. This role functions autonomously, yet in partnership with operational and clinical leadership on quality initiatives, outcomes and performance measurements. Managers may have a small patient roster, and flexes within reason, with the needs of the business such as providing coverage for open positions as needed.

The Salary Range for the role is $141,000.00-$194,000.00 per year.
