Position Overview

We love fashion, but we love people more. As a Store Manager you are responsible for all aspects of the retail store operation. You will lead EVEREVE guidelines, uphold our mission and culture, and ensure that it is consistent across our brand. As a Store Manager, you ensure that our customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience every time they shop in our stores. You make sure that all customers are seen and connected with. Our store mantra is WE WILL MISS NO ONE!

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
• Recruit and build a team of great talent that work within our culture of HEART – both in values and the HEART styling experience.
• Passionate about fashion and trend. Maintain a strong presence on the floor and hold the team to this standard.
• Coach, teach, and develop employees to the behaviours that create success in their roles.
• Responsible for building a bench of promotable talent for succession planning in their store and across the company. Develop future leaders.
• Lead operational excellence through daily store operations, managing store inventory and fulfillment, and upholding merchandising and store visual standards.
• Drive results by effectively leading the team to hit monthly financial targets through the in-store styling experience, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment, and payroll management.
• Maintain sales expectations based on store goals.
• Lead and set standards for a leadership teamwork strategy by using Divisions of Responsibilities (DORs).
