Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

• Lead global WAN and SD-WAN initiatives for scalable, resilient network operations
• Design and optimize enterprise routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
• Oversee Wi-Fi and advanced networking services across regions
• Manage hybrid connectivity between on-prem and cloud (Azure/AWS)
• Configure and maintain cloud networks (VPCs, VPNs, Direct Connect/ExpressRoute)
• Ensure smooth integration of cloud solutions with core infrastructure

Traffic & Performance Management

• Implement QoS policies to prioritize critical traffic (VoIP, video, business apps)
• Monitor network health (latency, packet loss, bandwidth) and resolve issues
• Lead and mentor a geographically distributed network engineering team
• Oversee resource planning, performance reviews, and career development

Strategic & Operational Excellence

• Develop and execute a network roadmap aligned with business goals
• Ensure uptime, security, compliance (ISO 27001, NIST) and disaster recovery readiness
• Stay ahead of tech trends (e.g., zero-trust, 5G) and recommend adoption
• Partner with IT, vendors, and business units to meet network needs
• Serve as escalation point for critical issues
• Manage key network projects (cloud migration, SD-WAN rollout, infrastructure upgrades)
