What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Implement strategies to grow assigned B2B accounts and drive sales growth
- Establish and maintain relationships with buyers and sales representatives to expand the book of business
- Educate strategic partners on products through webinars and in-person training, as appropriate
- Manage product assortment and ensure high content standards while driving growth
- Provide feedback to management regarding client buying trends and growth opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in commercial and/or e-commerce account management
- Experience using and logging data in a CRM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Sales experience with outbound calls and effective closing strategies
- Knowledge of the furniture industry, including office, rental, residential, and public sector markets
