Relocation Required to Bentonville, AR


As a Merchandising Replenishment Manager, you will make a direct impact on our customers by driving strategies that ensure our products are available when they're needed. The excitement of developing inventory strategies and providing inventory solutions will help our 275 million global customers live better every day. We're looking for your experience developing best practices, aligning strategic business objectives to replenishment strategies, and guiding a team to their goals. You'll be supported along the way by our replenishment team that's ready to help you to learn, grow and succeed.

  • Thinking an d acting strategically – Oversee the execution of item-level replenishment by tracking mo d ular set d ates to ensure pro d uct alignment.

  • Implementing complex inventory strategies – Buil d forecasts to align with merchan d ising nee d s, vali d ate an d implement new item forecasts an d monitor an d calibrate store forecasts.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
