The Role
The Merchandise Financial Planning Manager will lead Merchandise Financial Planners to define and lead multi-season Merchandise Financial Plans for the UGG NA marketplace. You will set long range financial plans based on consumer demand and brand commercial strategies as well as reconcile assortment plans with merchandise financial plans to align to consumer architecture. Your top-down financial targets will inform franchise/style plans, financial forecasts and end-to-end inventory forecasts, including liquidation plans both within and across channels. You’ll work across channels with Merch Planning and Sales Planning to reconcile top down and bottom-up forecasts “middle out” and communicate results & impacts with cross-functional and leadership teams.
Responsible for the creation and pre-season planning and forecasting for future merchandise forecasts by department, class, channel and country based on historical sales and, recurring buys, and projected EOP inventory levels. Establishes systematic methods and tools to monitor stock-to-sale ratios and sales trend data to develop forecasts by product category, line, brand, and locations. Incorporates financial reporting and budget requirements into merchandise plans and recommendations.

$125,000 - $135,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
