NorthMark Strategies is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to serve as on-site MEP authority at its Spartanburg HPC facility. You will own technical management of electrical, mechanical/cooling, controls, and fire alarm systems from submittal review through installation, supporting commissioning readiness.

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager with strong technical fluency to serve as the on‑site MEP systems authority at our Spartanburg‑based HPC facility. This role owns technical management of MEP scope – electrical, mechanical/cooling, controls, and fire alarm systems – from submittal review through equipment delivery and installation, serving as the technical resource that supports commissioning readiness.
The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for MEP technical matters at the Spartanburg facility, coordinating daily with subcontractors, equipment vendors, and OEM representatives. This role reports to the Dallas‑based Director, Construction & Commissioning, working in close coordination with the Construction Superintendent on installation sequencing, and with the Manager of QAQC & Commissioning on system readiness and technical review of commissioning documentation.
