Helps maximize member retention within a region by directing a team of Member Retention Specialists that identifies members “at risk” for voluntary termination, and resolving member-specific issues. Analyzes member termination data and identifies and communicates trends to support both short and long-term business planning.
Remote work 90% with 10% travel for meetings and community events.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
A full-time Member Advocate Manager reporting directly to the COO, overseeing the Contractor’s team of Member Advocates (see Section 3.14.21, Member Advocacy). Requires at least four years of healthcare experience, including working with low-income populations. Pay Range: $68,700 - $123,700 per year.

Actual pay will be based on skills, experience, education, and other factors. Total compensation may include additional incentives.
