About The Team

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Trade Show, Events, and Meeting Manager to spearhead the marketing efforts for our cutting-edge robotic imaging and diagnostic technology in the medical device industry. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating a range of events tailored to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our technology. You will play a pivotal role in driving engagement with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and stakeholders to position The Galaxy SystemTM as a game-changer in the medical device landscape.

A Day In The Life of our Manager of Meetings, Events and Trade Shows

Case Observation Events:

  • Organize case observation events to demonstrate the practical applications and benefits of our technology in surgical and endoscopic settings.
  • Collaborate with interventional pulmonologists, hospital administrators, and medical staff to plan and execute case observation sessions.
  • Manage event logistics, including hospital facility arrangements, equipment setup, and participant coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to industry standards during case observation events.
  • Plan and facilitate peer-to-peer events to foster knowledge exchange and collaboration among healthcare professionals.
  • Develop event agendas that highlight real-world experiences and success stories of adopting our robotic lunch technology.
  • Coordinate speaker selection, content development, and event logistics to deliver engaging and informative sessions.
  • Evaluate participant feedback and event metrics to refine future peer-to-peer event strategies.

VIP and Top Gun Visits:

  • Coordinate VIP visits and facility tours for key opinion leaders, industry influencers, and potential customers.
  • Customize visit agendas to showcase the capabilities and clinical benefits of our robotic lunch technology.
  • Liaise with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to ensure VIP visits align with strategic objectives and messaging.

Dinner Programs:

  • Plan and host dinner programs to engage key opinion leaders, surgeons, and medical professionals in discussions about our robotic lunch technology.
  • Arrange intimate dinner settings conducive to networking and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate speaker invitations, content development, and event logistics to deliver impactful dinner programs.

Physician Advisory Board (PAB) Meetings and Regional Programs:

  • Coordinate PAB meetings and regional programs to support our network of users promoting the technology.
  • Collaborate with sales and channel partners to develop meeting agendas, training materials, and sales enablement resources.
  • Manage event logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and venue coordination.

Trade Shows:

  • Lead the planning and execution of trade show participation, ensuring our robotic lunch technology is showcased effectively to the medical community.
  • Develop innovative booth designs, interactive demonstrations, and engaging presentations to attract attendees.
  • Coordinate pre-show and post-show marketing campaigns to generate buzz and drive traffic to our booth.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align trade show activities with overall marketing and sales strategies.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, trade show coordination, or marketing roles within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful events and trade shows in the medical device sector.
  • Strong understanding of surgical procedures and medical terminology, particularly related to robotics and minimally invasive surgery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and executives.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality event experiences that align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel domestically 30%-50% of the time to support event activities

Pay Transparency

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Noah Medical offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors such as location as permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.

$93,000 - $125,000 USD

Noah Medical may offer remote, hybrid, or onsite work arrangements within the state of California depending on the specific team and/or role where applicable.
