Job summary

Peabody is seeking a Manager of Master Data Management and Agreement to lead the PBS COE in St. Louis, MO. You will drive global MDM and OA administration, managing a mix of staff and outsourced resources within the SAP environment, and ensuring contract compliance with OA agreements.

You will coach the team, develop data processes, and deliver actionable insights to leadership while aligning with strategic goals and KPIs. This role requires strong leadership and SAP expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong SAP (S/4, Ariba, Fieldglass) knowledge.
• Experience leading a team and managing vendor agreements.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PBS COE for global MDM and OA administration.
• Ensure service levels with outsourcers and adherence to SLAs.
• Coach team (employee and outsourced) to meet performance goals.
• Drive process and technology improvements through automation.
• Develop and train the Master Data Management team and onboard new staff.
• Maintain documentation, change control, and governance with partners.
• Oversee SAP catalog and vendor management, including OA agreements.
