Summary

The Manager, Marketing Ops - Programs is responsible for leading and executing marketing programs and initiatives to enhance marketing production and functionality, aiming to increase arrivals, tours, and VOI sales. The role involves project management, stakeholder analysis, risk management, resource alignment, team coordination, communication, and post-project evaluations. Collaboration with various internal teams is essential, and the role may require conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of software applications. Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary to coordinate activities and communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including Senior Leadership.

How You Will Shine
Project Management (50%)
  • Support project initiation, planning, execution, and evaluation activities, including creating business cases, project scopes, and tracking progress against timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct UAT testing for various software applications, managing feedback and issues to ensure business requirements are met.
Marketing Content Project Management (20%)
  • Coordinate with Brand, Legal, and Field teams to secure approvals for marketing collateral and media tools, managing related tickets.
Project Intake, Prioritization, and Backlog Management (20%)
  • Manage requests for marketing initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and backlog prioritization.
Change Management (10%)
  • Support the adoption of new initiatives through planning, communication, and monitoring post-launch adoption rates.
Travel Requirements
  • Moderate travel to vendor or partner sites may be required, primarily within the Orlando, FL area.
What You Will Bring
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
Training
  • Project Management or process improvement certification preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Understanding of the timeshare industry, project management, organizational skills, communication, critical thinking, and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Outlook.
Job Experience
  • Minimum three years managing marketing programs or in a leadership role, with experience in project management preferred.
