  • Develop and coordinate resolution strategies across Key Account Managers (KAMs), Revenue Cycle, field sales, analytics, appeals, Legal, Compliance, and external billing partners, including support for out-of-network payer strategies and Advanced Diagnostic Laboratory Test (ADLT) collection and reporting processes as needed.

  • Working knowledge of the genomic, diagnostic, or oncology environment.
  • Working knowledge of commercial and government payers, reimbursement processes, payer policies, and claims performance.
  • Understanding of applicable regulations impacting billing in the healthcare industry and ability to apply that knowledge to new processes and policies.
  • Knowledge of basic coding conventions and use of coding nomenclature consistent with CMS Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting ICD-9-CM/ICD-10-CM coding.
