Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Rolling Meadows, IL is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing Test Software Engineering, Level 2 to lead IRCM/RFCM test software teams in an onsite role.

You will oversee architecture, development, verification, and maintenance of automated test software, work with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement in cost, yields, and reliability within a fast-paced production environment. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain clearance are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master in STEM with relevant experience (8+ years or 6+ years respectively).
  • Experience leading design/development or testing of electronic assemblies/test software.
  • Experience with manufacturing test software, automated test systems, or design of electronic assemblies.

Responsibilities

  • Architecture, design, development, verification, and maintenance of automated test software and test programs.
  • Integration of test software with IRCM/RFCM product test sets and data systems.
  • Proposal preparation, including estimating software scope, cost, and schedule.
  • Troubleshooting complex IRCM/RFCM assemblies and test software issues in a fast-paced environment.
