The Manager has direct organizational oversight of the manufacturing team and will be the primary interface to the Xetron Operating Unit locally, and coordinate closely with other operating units to meet operational cost, schedule, and performance requirements across operations.The ideal candidate will provide leadership across the manufacturing team which includes oversight of manufacturing assembly and test, manufacturing and test engineering, planning, stores, receiving, and shipping. The ability to direct and lead the organization in support of the Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Strategic Plan, will be critical as well as providing leadership and guidance in areas such as: technical guidance, process development, continuous improvement, safety, producibility, testability, capacity and production planning, MTA/Capital/Facility planning, cost/benefit analysis, Manpower planning and staffing, Talent Plus execution, workforce engagement, and merit planning. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
