Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement delivery across research, analysis, and project management
• Manage multiple workstreams to meet high standards and deadlines
• Develop evidence-based recommendations for complex client challenges
• Translate client perspectives into actionable workplans and deliverables
• Oversee day-to-day case team management, including coaching and feedback
• Directly lead discrete workstreams with guidance as needed
• Build strong relationships with client teams and address issues effectively
• Present conclusions and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
• Contribute to business development initiatives alongside senior leadership
