Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is seeking aFacilities Maintenance Manager to lead a multi-trade team responsible for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and other mechanical systems. The role requires directing repairs, supervising staff, and ensuring safe, reliable operations across a 24/7 facility.

The position offers full-time hours with shift variation, strong pay commensurate with experience, and 80 hours of paid time off upon hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Facility maintenance experience in a 24/7 operation preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate and direct team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the department during repair of Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry and mechanical systems.
• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Direct and monitor electrical, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry troubleshooting and repair.
• Work within budget guidelines and provide input for future budgets.
• Direct, coach and supervise all subordinates in the performance of their duties.
• Review auditable documents and daily readings of pool equipment for codes compliance.
• Provide a daily work list to all subordinates.
• Conduct all work safely and encourage others to work safely.
• Be attentive to building conditions and guest safety issues.
• Manage Preventive Maintenance program by updating equipment information.
• Perform periodic performance evaluations.

Essential Functions

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Provide accurate and concise written and verbal reports to Assistant Facilities Director or Facility Director as required.
• Direct and monitor electrical, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry trouble shooting and repair.
• Work within the guidelines of an approved budget, providing input for future budgets.
• Direct, coach and supervise all subordinates in the performance of their duties.
• Review auditable documents and daily readings of pool equipment to ensure compliance with state and local codes.
• Provide a daily work list to all subordinates.
• Conduct all work in a safe manner, encourage others to work safely
• Be attentive to the conditions of the building and alert to potential guest safety issues
• Manage the computer based Preventive Maintenance program by upgrading, deleting and confirming information on all equipment as it changes.
• Preform periodic performance evaluations of subordinates as required.
• Research and provide information pertaining to facility improvement and capital projects.

Required

• High School Graduate or equivalent. Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience required.
• Previous facilities or maintenance services experience preferred.
• Previous supervisor or management experience in a 24/7 operation preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate and direct team members.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Schedule

Full-time that varies based on events and holidays and includes days, nights and weekends.

Highly competitive salary based on experience with 80 hours of Paid Time Off upon hire.
