Imagine starting your day syncing with cross-functional leaders across Product, Engineering, IT, HR, and GTM to ensure the integration of a newly acquired company is running smoothly. As an M&A Integration Manager, you will be the day-to-day heartbeat of our Integration Management Office (IMO). You will translate high-level strategic deal theses into execution-ready integration plans, proactively mapping out dependencies, updating milestone trackers, and managing RAID logs. On any given day, you might facilitate a workshop to streamline product integration, dive into due diligence materials to identify transition service requirements, or synthesize complex operational progress into crisp updates for executive leadership. While this is an individual contributor role, you will be a critical orchestrator across SailPoint, using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Slack to keep all stakeholders aligned and moving forward in a fast-paced environment.
You will join SailPoint's Corporate Development team, working directly within our Integration Management Office (IMO) and reporting to the Corporate Development Director. The IMO is the operational backbone of our M&A process, ensuring that acquired businesses, products, and cultures are integrated smoothly to drive long-term value creation. Our team thrives on structured problem-solving, collaboration across every department in the company, and navigating complex challenges with speed and agility.
