The Manager Logistics Systems will lead the Logistics organization by supporting and implementing Logistics and Supply Chain systems including FourKites, Power BI, SAP, TMS and WMS. This role will lead the implementation and support for all logistics systems as well as create and implement training and supporting documents for each system. The Manager Logistics Systems will lead the team that supports logistics vendors with adoption of systems. The Manager Logistics Systems is ultimately responsible for the team that enters, and maintains freight rates in various systems. The role is Hybrid in either in Toronto Oakbrook or Florenceville.

How You’ll Add Value:

• Drive performance improvement opportunities for logistics systems and team
• Lead implementation, testing, training and adoption of logistics systems
• Partner with Logistics reporting and analytics team with data retrieval and reporting supported by Logistics systems
• Support the designing, building, and mining of data and analytical outputs to use in visualization tools such as Power BI
• Support any testing required for Logistics systems as well as work with Logistics organization to support testing as needed
• Work with other Logistics Leaders to understand systems needs
• Responsible for the leadership and development of the Logistics systems team
• Work with sales and procurement as needed to support rate requests and development of freight rate policies
• Support Procurement and Logistics during annual freight RFP’s

About You:

• 3-5 years’ experience in similar functions, or advanced degree in operations research, computer science, applied mathematics or related Analytics degree
• Preferred supply chain education, training and/or certification through professional organizations (APICS, CSCMP)
• 3 years in a leadership role supporting Logistics systems or relevant logistics functions
• Experience as a business analyst, visualization developer, or data scientist
• Experience with PowerBI or other visualization tools such as MicroStrategy or Tableau. Able to support the design of the building of dashboards, visualizations, and analytical models. Ideally experience in SAP, TMS (BluJay), SAP IBP
• Experience cleaning, transforming, and analyzing large data sets
• Background in the Food or CPG industry in Supply Chain is a plus
• Experience working with Logistics systems. (SAP, TMS, WMS, Fourkites)
• Ability to work Cross functionally in order to understand the Logistics organizations systems needs or challenges in order to support solutions
• Experienced in the NA logistics and freight market
