CarMax Logistics seeks a Manager, Logistics Freight Payment to lead financial operations for a nationwide network, overseeing about $200M+ in transport spend and revenue reconciliation. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in freight payment processes while managing vendor relationships and a high-performing team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial health, driving process improvements, and influencing strategic decisions that impact CarMax Logistics.

You’ll lead the financial backbone of CarMax Logistics, managing freight spend and revenue reconciliation for a $200M+ operation. This includes guiding a team of analysts, fostering collaboration, and ensuring audit-aligned processes that minimize financial risk while supporting operational continuity.
This role will be based out of the CarMax Home Office in Richmond, VA and Associates will work onsite 4 days per week.

The annual salary for this position is: $73,600.00 - $117,800.00 May be eligible for bonus and equity.
