Job summary

Caterpillar Lebanon, IN is seeking a Manager Logistics to lead and optimize distribution across multiple facilities, driving efficiency and cost performance while ensuring safety and quality. You will oversee a team of managers and frontline leaders, shaping logistics strategy and performance metrics.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills to manage warehouse operations, inventory, and transportation with limited travel.
