The George Washington University’s Division of Student Affairs seeks an enthusiastic Lerner Operations and Events Manager to lead aquatic operations at Lerner Health and Wellness Center in Foggy Bottom, Washington, DC. You will oversee lifeguards, event staff, and maintenance, ensuring safe, compliant programs and coordinated facility use for clubs and intramurals.
Reporting to the Associate Director, you will schedule spaces, supervise staff, manage vendor relations, and provide weekly usage

Reporting to the Associate Director for Lerner Health and Wellness Center, the Lerner Operations and Events Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma/ GED plus 4 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
