Your Key Responsibilities

You’ll work with a major client to optimize their workforce. Using your expertise, you will help transform their learning practices, supported by talented leaders, formal learning programs, and practical experiences.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Support the client in their learning transformation efforts
• Analyze learning needs and redesign processes to align with objectives and improve resource efficiency
• Enhance the effectiveness of learning programs to achieve business goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or related fields
• Certificates in ACTA/ACLP 1.0 or 2.0 preferred
• Experience in learning process redesign, learning science, curriculum design, or learning analytics is advantageous
• Minimum 7 years of experience, including 5 in management consulting
• Proven stakeholder relationship skills
• Passion for fostering a positive learning culture and coaching teams and clients
• Excellent communication skills in English
