The Manager, Learning and Talent Development works closely with leadership, HR colleagues, front line managers and employees to develop and execute a broad range of people strategies focused on talent development and management, organizational development, and culture-enhancing efforts to positively impact the employee experience overall.
Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, you will be responsible for managing complete learning and talent development programs and offerings within the global Talent Management function and large-scale projects, in part or in whole. You will develop, manage and execute management and employee training, learning vendors and programs, employee tools and resources such as assessments or team offerings, and individual or business specific training requests which increase the capability, engagement or performance of people across CDK Global. In addition to this you will be responsible for preparing, managing and reporting on budget in line with forecasted and actual spend, leading large-scale projects, and engaging with the broader talent organization to effectively accelerate skill development across the organization.
This individual role models our values and leadership expectations to enable the attraction, development, engagement, and retention of talent to drive business outcomes. This position is ideal for someone who excels in delivering learning solutions and programs at scale, consultation with business leaders, and continuous improvement of talent development solutions to drive business impact.
